Description of Aerial Silk
The aerial silk is a special fabric used in aerial acrobatics, which is one of the preferred exercises based on the flexibility and strength of the performer.
The most common variant of training on the aerial silk is to hang it in half to obtain two ends, which offers an inexhaustible number of elegant but also physically demanding tricks. However, the aerial silk can also be hung as a loop or as a swing (cloud).
The best way to prepare for aerial ballet is to train the simplest tricks performed close to the ground. Regular training on aerial silks helps to strengthen the whole body.
Calculation of the required length of the Aerial Silk:
Ceiling height multiplied by 2, plus 2 meters = optimal length for ordering (meter)
